7 DAYS IN ZANZIBAR BEACH HOLIDAYS TOUR

Zanzibar comprises two big islands (Unguja and Pemba) found in the Indian Ocean, Is an archipelago with many small islands where people live and others used for tourism. Zanzibar is rich in history and its diverse cultures with an intermix of Swahili, Arabs, and Indians. During your stay in Zanzibar, you will do the following activities:

ACTIVITIES FOR 7 DAYS ZANZIBAR TOUR HOLIDAY

Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar, pick up from the airport/seaport to your hotel
Day 2: Spice tour & Stone town
Day 3: Prison Island & Nakupenda sand bank
Day 4: Safari Blue
Day 5: Jozani Forest
Day 6: Mnemba island (Dolphins & Snorkeling) & Natural Aquarium
DAY 7: Transfer from the hotel to the airport/seaport for your flight

DAY 1: SPICE TOUR & STONE TOWN (full day)

In the morning visit the spice farm to see how spices and some tropical fruits grow, you get a chance to smell and even taste some spices clove, lemongrass, nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla, coconuts, papaya, chili, black pepper, jackfruit, cardamom, cassava and oranges. You see also (Mr. Butterfly), the coconut climber while singing then you young coconut. You will have local lunch at spice farm
In the afternoon visit Stone Town, a world heritage site to explore the history and culture of Zanzibar, The tour includes a visit to the former slave market site, which now stands for an Anglican church built in 1870, a Local market for fish, spices, and vegetables, House of Wonder (Beit-Al-Ajab) is a national museum but closed for renovation, see also Old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian dispensary (cultural center). Then transfer to your hotel.

DAY 2: PRISON ISLAND & NAKUPENDA SAND BANK

In the morning, take the boat to Prison Island to see Aldabra land giant tortoise, brought in Zanzibar from Seychelles, and see also prison building which was used as a quarantine station in 1893. It is possible to go snorkeling on the island to explore corals and ample species of fish. Then continue with the boat to Nakupenda sand bank, you may go snorkeling, swimming at the beach, or relaxing on the sand bank. Apart from tasting tropical fruits, lunch is also included. Later transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 3: SAFARI BLUE (Full day)

In the morning drive to Fumba village where you take traditional boat (dhow) toward Kwale island. On the way, have a stop for snorkeling to experience plenty of fish species and corals. Arrive at the sand bank to have a taste of Zanzibar's tropical fruits. Visit the lagoon (natural swimming pool) then be at the beach to enjoy your lunch with ample of sea food and other kinds of Zanzibar food, have a break to watch local dance then take the boat ready to come back in the evening. Then transfer to your hotel.

DAY 4: JOZANI (Full day)

In the morning drive to Jozani- Chwaka Bay National Park for red Colobus Monkeys an endemic species to Zanzibar, and see also natural forest, and mangrove forest, the living species of fish underneath. Then transfer to your hotel.

DAY 5: MNEMBA ISLAND (DOLPHIN & SNORKELING)

Early in the morning drive to the east coast at Matemwe, for a dolphin tour. Take a boat to watch the dolphins, you may swim with bottlenose dolphins which are friendly around Mnemba island. Go around the island for snorkeling to explore corals and ample species of fish. You will enjoy the taste of tropical fruits. Take the boat back from the island. You will have lunch at a local restaurant in Matemwe. Then transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 6: NUNGWI BEACH

Early in the morning you will head up to start your thrilling journey with us on the beautiful Nungwi Beach. guide reveals a secret smuggler’s path to a pristine fishing beach. Feel the wind in your face, the sun on your shoulders, and the sand rushing under your buggy as you zip through the stunning Zanzibar landscape.
Guide will customize your expedition, making sure you feel safe and comfortable at all times. The adventure whizzes through lush farming and plantation areas, under swaying palm trees, and over winding off-road trails, giving you plenty of time to practice your off-road driving skills under the instruction of your knowledgeable guide. You will finish at a local village, where you will chat with locals and watch fishermen repairing their traditional dhow boats, before returning to Nungwi.

DAY 7: DEPARTURE DATE

This will be the end of our tour package and our driver will come to pick you up on time from your Hotel to the Airport/ Ferry based on your flight/ ferry timing.
